Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding.
It sounds tricky and a little complicated to make, but trust me, you can do this one. I make a big batch of it each week and have it in the fridge ready to go for a quick breakfast or after lunch chocolatey pick-me-up with some honey and a pot of green tea.
You don’t need any fancy equipment and everything you need you can get right here and from your local shop.
I’ve also included a video of me making it to show you exactly how to do it in your own kitchen. It’s less than 5 minutes - so that will give you an idea about how long it will take you in your own kitchen.

1 x container / jar with a lid that will take at least 700ml liquid
Place all ingredients into a large jar with the lid on. Shake vigorously for a few moments to incorporate all ingredients well. Place in the fridge to bloom and become gelatinous for around 20 min.
Serve cold and decorate with raspberries and any other fruits you enjoy.
