Collagen Chilli Hot Chocolate

As we head into winter it’s all about warming up our bodies with warming spices. Think cinnamon, chilli, cayenne, star anise, clove, garlic and ginger.
Today, we’re going to make delicious Collagen Chilli Hot Chocolate.
Firstly, what is collagen? And how can it help us?
Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in the human body.
When we have enough, it keeps our skin supple and elastic, while also keeping our joints strong.
Unfortunately, collagen production begins to decline as we age (cue: sagging skin, wrinkles, joint pain, and other symptoms of aging).
Our Miracle Collagen is bovine collagen types 1 and 3 with 18 essential and non-essential amino acids shown in clinical studies and published scientific papers to increase collagen production in your own skin.
Plus, it’s tasteless, odourless and fully dissolvable, so it is perfect to add to literally anything!
Here’s your recipe for:
COLLAGEN CHILLI HOT CHOCOLATE
1 cup milk - I use almond or coconut
1 heaped tsp cacao
4 tsp Miracle Collagen
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ghee or coconut oil (optional)
Pinch cayenne pepper or chilli flakes
Gently warm on a stove top and whisk.
Pour into your favourite mug and devour.
I love to sprinkle rose petals over mine!
