We want you to be satisfied with your IMBIBE purchase. 

If you need to return the item, please submit a return request to hello@imbibeliving.com outlining the primary reason for the return (Product Damage, Fault or Dissatisfaction). This must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your product with the sales invoice included in the package to IMBIBE HQ Unit 4, 11 Bonanza Drive, Billinudgel, NSW, 2483 Australia .

If you are dissatisfied with the product it must be sent back to IMBIBE HQ Australia at your own cost.

If the product is damaged or faulty you are eligible for a full refund.

Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount.

As this is a consumable product, it cannot be more than 10% used/finished and then sent back for a refund or replacement. This is at IMBIBE discretion.

Our guarantee is in place for customers who purchase directly from IMBIBE website only.

Unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our complete discretion.
