IMBIBE PROMISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Imbibe Promise is over and above the general statutory guarantees provided by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) under the Australian Consumer Laws (ACL). 


If you are not satisfied with your Imbibe product, even if opened, you can opt to return it to us.


Product satisfaction or dissatisfaction relates to the state of receipt (ie. damaged or faulty) and in the consumer's ability to use as is prescribed. 


Product returns are at company discretion and are made on a case by case basis.  


Product must not be more than 50% used upon receipt back for return. Damage that occurs after customer receipt or at the hands of the customer is not covered under this guarantee.


As this is a consumable product, it cannot be more than 50% used/finished and then sent back for a refund or replacement. This is at IMBIBE discretion.


Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount.


Our guarantee is in place for customers who purchase directly from IMBIBE website.


Please note - as everyone's lifestyle is so unique and different we can’t replace the product if you feel like you are not seeing results in a specific timeframe. 




Unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our complete discretion. 


This Imbibe Promise is applicable for Australian domestic orders only.

 

Before returning your consumed product to us, please complete our returns form. This must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product.

Please note shipping is at your own cost. We are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. 

    

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. In the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, or you open your order and believe it is not to the IMBIBE standard, please fill in the returns form
