RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are over and above the general statutory guarantee’s provided by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) under the Australian Consumer Laws (ACL). For further details on your rights as a consumer, please visit accc.gov.au.
Before returning your product to us, please complete our returns form (fill out the form). This must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product.
You must send your product with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation to IMBIBE HQ within 7 days of receiving your product.
The products you would like refunded or replaced must be packed and sent back to IMBIBE HQ 2/7 Grevillea St Byron Bay NSW 2481 Australia at your own cost. We are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
This policy is applicable for Australian domestic orders only
As this is a consumable product, it cannot be more than 50% used/finished and then sent back for a refund or replacement. This is at IMBIBE discretion.
Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount in, in the same manner, the original order was paid.
Our guarantee is in place for customers who purchase directly from IMBIBE website.
Please note - as everyone's lifestyle is so unique and different we can’t replace the product if you feel like you are not seeing results in a specific timeframe.
Unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our complete discretion.
In the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, or you open your order and believe it is not to the IMBIBE standard, please email us within 7 days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
