How does it work?
We offer subscription plans to make your life easier. With consistency in mind, IMBIBE products have been designed to be used regularly, so we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Once selected, your subscription starts as soon as your initial payment is processed.

You can skip, cancel, and re-activate your subscription anytime, no questions asked. Once selecting the subscription plan option on the product page, you can set your desired delivery frequency of 30, 60 or 90 days. We will automatically debit the order amount on the same day of the month until cancelled by you (please see full terms and conditions here), and your order will be processed and sent out on the next business day after each payment has been received. 

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or skip your order anytime, no questions asked. To do so, please log into your account here and make the required changes. Alternatively, send us an email at hello@imbibeliving.com and we will be happy to assist.

How do I change my subscription frequency, update my address or swap for a different product?
We understand life is busy, and sometimes you just need to change things up. You can log into your account here and change your delivery frequency or address details, or swap your product for something else. If you need help, please contact us at hello@imbibeliving.com and we will be happy to assist.

Can I use a discount code on top of the subscription plan discount?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. As we already offer a discount on products purchased as part of our subscription plan, any promotional discounts or rewards point codes will have to be applied to a full-priced order.

How long does it take for my next order to arrive?
Packages will be dispatched within two business days after processing of payment.


What if there's no money in my account?
If your credit or debit card cannot be charged for any reason, we will attempt to charge your account two more times. Should this fail as well, you will not receive the box for that subscription period. Subscriptions can be cancelled a minimum of one week prior to billing date by notifying us via email at hello@imbibeliving.com. Cancellations after this time frame will still be billed for the subsequent period and the box will be sent.

I have moved, what happens now?
We love that you are taking us with you! Please log into your account and change your delivery address, or notify us of the address change as soon as you can. We are unable to re-route your parcel once it has been dispatched. 

Will my parcel be left on my doorstep?
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout if you'd like for your parcel to be left at your door, e.g. "Leave at front door." This means you accept the risk of goods being left at the premises without your signature. Please note, we won't be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your requests. Parcels less than 500g, however, are delivered through authority to leave by default.
