How it works
We offer subscription plans to make your life easier. IMBIBE product has been designed to be taken and applied regularly, so we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Your subscription starts as soon as your initial payment is processed.

You can skip, pause, re-activate and cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked. Once selecting he subscription plan option on the product page, you can set your desired delivery frequency of 30, 60 or 90 days. We will automatically debit the order amount on the same day of the month until cancelled by you (please see full terms and conditions here), and your order will be processed and sent out on the next business day after each payment has been received. 

How long does it take for my next order to arrive?
Packages will be dispatched within two business days after processing of payment.

What if there's no money in my account?
If your credit or debit card cannot be charged for any reason, you will not receive the box for that subscription period. Subscriptions can be cancelled a minimum of one week prior to billing date by notifying us via email at Cancellations after this time frame will still be billed for the subsequent period and the box will still be sent.

I have moved, what happens now?
We love that you are taking us with you! Please notify us of the address change as soon as you can as your next order will be sent to your last saved address and cannot be re-routed once it has been dispatched. 

How do I change my subscription?
You can log into your account here and change your delivery frequency or address details, pause or cancel your account, and re-active if need be. If you need help, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist. 

How do I cancel my subscription plan?
You can pause, cancel or skip your orders anytime, no questions asked. To do so, please log into your account here.

Will my parcel be left on my doorstep?
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout if you like to your parcel to be left at your door if you are not home, e.g. "Leave at front door." This means you accept the risk of goods being left at the premises without your signature. Please note, we won't be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your requests. Parcels less than 500g, however, are delivered through authority to leave by default.
