We’re deep in the belly of Winter here in the Southern Hemisphere. The days are short, the nights are long and cold, and a feeling of darkness seeps into our waking hours.

With everyone around me catching the sniffles, I've managed to stay well by incorporating some simple yet powerful wellness rituals into my daily routine.

01. CHOCOLATE CHIA BEAUTY BOWL
I’ve been making this Chocolate Chia Collagen Beauty Bowl in little pots every Sunday, ready to take to my office for a snack on the go.

02. FARMERS MARKETS

03. COFFEE/MATCHA ROTATION
I’m alternating my coffee days with Matcha days to help my nervous system relax a little more. I’m actually loving the ritual of making my Beauty Matcha daily.
Here’s my recipe for these cold mornings:
1 cup coconut milk
1 heaped tsp organic matcha
1 tbsp Miracle Collagen
¼ tsp organic rose petals powder
1 tsp local honey
Warm up the milk, add the powders, whisk, blend and devour!
