  1. To organise a return, fill out the form below. Your refund request must be lodged within 40 days of the purchase date. 
  2. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you with all the information you need to return your item/s to us
  3. All return postage will be at your own cost. You will also assume any risk of damage, theft or loss of goods during transit, so we highly recommend sending your parcel via Registered Post. 
  4. Once the item has been received, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount using the original payment method you used to pay for your order.
