Imbibe (“Promoter”) is giving away one (1) year’s worth of supply of Miracle Collagen to one (1) competition entrant as well as his/her tagged friend.
The Win a Year Supply of Miracle Collagen competition will be announced on 4th November 2024 at IMBIBE's Instagram page. You can enter the competition between 6:00 PM AEST on 4th November 2024 and until it closes, at 11:59 PM AEST on 12th November 2024.
The competition is open to entrants worldwide over the age of 18. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GENERAL
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Multiple entries are allowed, but tag one friend at a time. (Tagged friends also need to follow IMBIBE). Winners will be randomly selected and contacted on 13th November 2024 via Instagram DM and announced on our Instagram stories.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and without liability.
PRIZE
The prize (“Prize”) consists of the following:
4 x 300g Miracle Collagen Refill bags valued at $450 will be given to the winner and his/her friend. A total of 8 units of 300g Miracle Collagen Refill bags (valued at $900) will be given away. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable, negotiable, or available for resale.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by the Promoter or any third party connected with this competition.
WINNER
One entrant will be chosen at random by the Promoter in their sole discretion and one (1) friend of the entrant (as tagged by the entrant) will be entitled to a Prize as well. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each Winner will be notified by DM on Instagram by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify the Winner when and how the Prize can be claimed. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within three (3) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
In order for the Prize to be delivered to the Winners, the Promoter must within three (3) days of notification receive information about each Winner’s name, phone, email, and shipping address so that the Promoter can ship the Prize for the Winners. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
ELIGIBILITY
The following entries to the competition shall not be accepted and shall be immediately disqualified with any Prize entitlement becoming immediately null and void:
(i) Entries in excess of one per person;
(ii) Bulk entries including by way of multiple accounts and/or fraudulent identities;
(iii) Entries on behalf of another person;
(iv) Joint submissions; and/or
(v) Entries automatically generated by a computer.
USE OF CONTENT
The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photo and social media account in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry.
The Winner does in addition consent to the Promoter requesting, obtaining and using their name, email address and/or mobile number to deliver the Prize. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR) and the Promoters privacy policy, which can be found by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy - amuse.
