Tell us a bit about who you are and what you do…
Thank you! I am Georgia Wyrill, the founder and creative director of Saint Valentine jewellery.
Your jewellery design is amazing, what's your inspiration?
I'm inspired by art, travel, fashion design, vintage pieces and raw materials that we are able to source.
What’s a day-in-the-life like?
Every day I'm working across a lot of different parts of the business from design, production, photography, creative direction, the business side deep in our accounting and P&L, and overseeing staff in the retail, wholesale, production, marketing, PR and ecommerce sides to make sure all parts of the business are functioning well and always improving. I'm very hands on and enjoy working with everyone on the team closely.
A moment that defined you?
I think quitting my full time job to force myself to go all in with Saint Valentine was an out-of-character risky move in the beginning, but I'm glad it did as it made me fully commit to making it work.
Day-to-day beauty routine?
I invest in good skincare and use this morning and night and most days I wear a tinted hyaluronic serum, eye liner, mascara and blush, I keep it quick and simple, only 5-10 minutes.
Worst beauty faux pas?
Too much foundation or makeup in general. I much prefer a natural look and to be able to see freckles and texture of skin.

Favourite book/album/movie/podcast?
I just read The Henna Artist by Alka Joshi and loved it, especially not having travelled in a while, it was really transporting. I'm now reading the second book.
You have great style - any tips for easy, chic, everyday dressing?
I stick to a lot of black and white and the same silhouettes so everything goes well together. I think dressing in all white with some minimal, nicely cut pieces and gold jewellery is a really simple way to look polished.
Favourite things to do outside of work?
I love going for walks with my dog and listening to podcasts, visiting art galleries, going out to new restaurants and relaxing with a good book.
What do you want to get back into at the moment (or start)?
I'm also an artist and have put that business on hold to focus on Saint Valentine the last 18 months so I am now going back to working on Limone Art one to two days a week, which I'm super excited about and working on some completely different large scale projects with this.
What’s one piece of advice you wish someone had given you before you learned it yourself?
Don't try and do everything yourself. Hire contractors and consultants for good advice and to efficiently work on separate sections of the business like bookkeeping, setting up the business framework, graphic design templates etc. You'll save so much time and energy that is better spent doing what you're best at.
What is your favourite IMBIBE product?
Beauty Renewal, delicious and I love being in liquid form.
What does beauty mean to you?
Being happy and healthy in your own skin, and confident in whatever that looks like and as that changes.
