We check your spending over the past 12 months every day. Returns and refunds won’t count toward your yearly spend.
Your spend updates once your orders are processed and sent out. When you hit a VIP level, you’ll keep it for 12 months — unless you spend enough to move up to the next level.

No, you can't apply your voucher codes towards your subscription orders. However, you’ll still earn points on every order, including subscriptions! You can redeem those vouchers on future one-time purchases.

You can only convert up to 1,000 points per reward redemption, and only one voucher code can be applied per order.

Yes, points expire if it has not been used after one year. Your voucher code expires 30 days after redemption.

Unfortunately, voucher codes can’t be applied to orders once they’ve been placed.

You’ll automatically be upgraded to the next tier based on your 12-month spend. Keep shopping to reach your next VIP level!
