The Find A Golden Ticket Giveaway is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is IMBIBE - Imbibe Living Pty Ltd (ABN 49 602 292 053), 9B/11 Banksia Drive Byron Bay, New South Wales 2481 Australia.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Starts 7:30PM AEST 10th November 2024 until 7:30PM AEST 12th November 2024.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to all Australian residents over 18 years old. Entrants can not be a director, officer, management, employee and other staff (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees and other staff) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition. This competition asks the winner to provide proof of identity.

ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY

To enter the giveaway, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, place an order worth $110 or more at IMBIBE.
One (1) entry allowed per valid receipt.

PRIZE

The prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value or other products.
We'll choose 10 winners at random from the qualifying orders and each one will discover a Golden Ticket voucher worth $100 to spend on their next IMBIBE purchase hidden in their package.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE

Winning customers must email IMBIBE at hello@imbibeliving.com or call at (02) 6680 7446 within 7 days of receiving their Golden Ticket.
After 7 days, the Promoter is not responsible for providing you the promoted prizes. Our decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

LIABILITY & TERMINATION

The Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or a contest participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of the winner accepting the prize.
The prize is automatically terminated should The Promoter cease trading.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non- monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Offices stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of The Promoters, The Promoters may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Any personal information you provide in the course of this giveaway will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and to IMBIBE's Privacy Policy.
You agree that we can use your name on social media as ‘the winner’ and offline in all media and press releases about or reporting on the giveaway, the event, or IMBIBE.
By entering the competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the giveaway, prize fulfillment, and contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

If entrants do not wish to be bound by the Competition terms and conditions or participate in the Competition after they have entered then they must email hello@imbibeliving.com and advise that they do not wish to participate.
