Magnesium contributes to over 300 biological processes, including sleep regulation, stress response and nervous system balance. L-theanine promotes relaxation, while passionflower supports calm and emotional steadiness. Antioxidant-rich beetroot extract assists cellular repair, helping the body transition from wired and restless to settled and restored.
