+Is this safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding?

This is an all-natural product; however, please check with your chosen healthcare provider before taking CALM/SLEEP.

+Does this contain sugar?

This product contains no added sugar and is naturally sweetened with all natural monk fruit. Monk fruit is a calorie-free sweetener.

+What is the flavouring?

We use an all natural Raspberry Lemonade flavour. It’s not too sweet, and is not an intense flavour. It’s a reasonable mild yet pleasant berry like taste.

+Can children take this?

The product is formulated as an adult supplement. We recommend discussing with your chosen healthcare provider before giving to children under 15.

+Are there any bulking agents in this product?

No, we do not add any bulking or filling agents to any of our products. This product only contains pure active ingredients

+Will this product make me sleep?

This product is non-drowsy, and is safe to use at any time of the day. Most people find that when they do sleep, they have a deep restful sleep. However, it is not designed to put you to sleep.
