RECOVER REST: Mix 10g (approximately 2 teaspoons) into 150–250ml of hot or cold water or milk of choice. Stir until dissolved.

CALM/SLEEP: Mix 3g (approximately ½ tsp) into still or sparkling water. Drink before bedtime or anytime you need to relax.
