Shipping & Delivery


Processing times
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day after an order is received, but generally ask to allow 2 business days for orders to be dispatched. During sale events and new launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. All orders are hand-picked and packed with love from Byron Bay, Australia. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our friendly Customer Care at hello@imbibeliving.com

How much does shipping cost?
All domestic orders over AU$50 after discount are eligible for free shipping. For domestic orders, we use Fastway Couriers. For PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Express Post (Domestic) and other areas not yet serviced by Fastway, we use Australia Post. Please enter your address at checkout for an accurate shipping fee.
International orders, including to New Zealand, are being shopped via DHL Express; we offer a flat rate of AU$25.

Do you ship globally?
Yes, we ship all over the world, except to Spain and Russia. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days, and up to 10 business days if you’re regional. International orders will take anywhere from 7-14 business days. The delivery timeframes are not a guarantee as courier movements are out of our control.


Will I have to pay for customs fees?
International packages are all shipped via DHL Express Post. Please note that your country MAY charge taxes on your orders that we cannot be held responsible for. Neither IMBIBE, nor DHL Express are able to calculate these local delivery charges, hence these will have to paid separately by the customer. If you are unsure, please check your country’s tax and import restrictions before ordering. If you refuse a shipment from IMBIBE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

Will my parcel be left on my doorstep?
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout if you like to your parcel to be left at your door if you are not home, e.g. "Leave at front door." This means you accept the risk of goods being left at the premises without your signature. Please note, we won't be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your requests. Parcels less than 500g, however, are delivered through authority to leave by default.

Can I collect from the IMBIBE warehouse in Byron?
We’d love you to! We’re at 9/7 Grevillea St Byron Bay NSW 2481 and we’re generally here between 9-4pm. We accept cash or electronic forms of payment.

Returns


Do you offer returns?
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please submit a return request to hello@imbibeliving.com outlining the primary reason for the return. Please have your sales invoice and order number at hand. Our Customer Care team will get back to you with next steps. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount.


Can I return for change of mind?
We want you to be satisfied with your IMBIBE purchase, however, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you believe that you have purchased the wrong item, please submit a return request to hello@imbibeliving.com outlining the reason for the return. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are ingestible products safe for pregnancy & breastfeeding?
Our ingestible range is 100% whole-food, plant-based & allergen-free. We always recommend speaking to your health care professional before adding Protect or Beauty Renewal to your diet. Miracle Collagen is 100% safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding.
 
Is your range Vegan?
Both Beauty Renewal & Protect are 100% Vegan.

Are they safe for kids?
We always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before supplementing your child’s diet.

How do I store my products?
All your products are shelf stable before opening. After opening, keep your Ingestible Beauty products in a tightly sealed container in the fridge. Once opened, avoid all moisture as it will cause your product to harden.

Can I mix the products together?
Absolutely! Enjoy the ingestible range separately or together.

Where do you source your collagen for Miracle Collagen?
Our collagen comes from global sources, including Germany, Brazil, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway and others. Manufacturers act as a part of the Five Acts for Animal Freedom: a regulatory body that ensures best farming practices and animal care standards.

Are your products Australian made?
Although we source some of the ingredients in our products globally, IMBIBE is a proudly Australian made & manufactured brand. Our HQ is located in Byron Bay, NSW.

Why are the serving sizes for Protect and Miracle Collagen in grams?
As our products are hydrolysed and filler-free, as they settle, the serving size volume may be subject to change, while the weight will never change. We recommend shaking Protect and Miracle Collagen with every use.

All skincare products, tools and formulations are 100% safe for pregnancy & breastfeeding.

Are all the products vegan?

Lift, Restore & Protect are 100% plant-based, vegan products. Collagen Lips is not a vegan product.

How do I store my skincare products?
Store out of direct heat or sunlight

Do you have samples?
Our travel size Skin Care is designed to last 30-45 days as an introduction to the range.

Are there any allergens?
Please note that Collagen Protect contains nut oils.

Why are they waterless formulas?
We forumate waterless products to preserve shelf life, integrity, purity and potency our our products. Waterless formulations also allow our products to remain preservative free.

How long will my Konjac sponge last?
Store your Konjac sponge hanging in a dry place. Once your sponge shows signs of deterioration (2-3 months), simply toss in your kitchen compost bin.

Why does my Sculpt turn off intermittently?
Please ensure the battery is tightly in place and that the end of your Sculpt is screwed in completely before turning on and off.
