 Claiming the prize

• The 20% discount code expires 7 days after receiving the code and is valid for one-time purchases of Melting Balm, Collagen Jelly, Collagen Protect, and Collagen Eyes online.
• IMBIBE does not accept any responsibility if the winners are unable to take up the prize and are not obliged to offer an alternative prize if the winners are unable to take up the prize.
• IMBIBE will not accept responsibility for contest entries that are damaged regardless of the cause (e.g. technical malfunction).
• The prize is non-transferable, if the winners don’t use the prize in line with the T&Cs, the prize is canceled and the winners are not entitled to an alternative.

LIABILITY & TERMINATION

• All content produced by the participants will become the property of IMBIBE. IMBIBE retains the right to use this content on all our platforms, in perpetuity.
• IMBIBE reserves the right to use the participants images, photograph, name, and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and advertising, marketing, or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of IMBIBE without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and all participants consent to the same.
• IMBIBE will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or a contest participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of the winner accepting the prize.
• The prize is automatically terminated should IMBIBE cease trading.
• IMBIBE reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
• IMBIBE accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non- monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Offices stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
• If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of IMBIBE, the IMBIBE may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

• You agree that IMBIBE will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.
• You agree that we can use your name on social media as ‘the winner’ and offline in all media and press releases about or reporting on the competition, the event, or IMBIBE.
• By entering the competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the competition, prize fulfillment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.
