Promoters
This promotion is conducted by IMBIBE Living Pty Ltd and Biotyspa (together, the "Promoters").
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 29 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 2 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility
To enter, entrants must:
Employees, directors, officers and immediate family members of the Promoters and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Entry
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the competition entry requirements during the Promotion Period.
Incomplete, fraudulent, late or invalid entries will not be accepted.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive:
one (1) AU$500 IMBIBE gift voucher, and
one (1) AU$500 Biotyspa gift voucher,
for a combined total prize value of AU$1,000.
Gift vouchers are subject to the issuing retailer's standard terms and conditions and are not redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The winner will be drawn within seven (7) days of the promotion closing and will be notified via the email address provided when entering.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw.
The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
General
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage, expense, personal injury or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
The Promoters accept no responsibility for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may affect participation.
Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoters collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and sending marketing communications from IMBIBE and Biotyspa. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with each Promoter's applicable Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal
If an entrant wishes to withdraw from the promotion, they may do so by emailing hello@imbibeliving.com before the promotion closes.
