Collagen Chocolate Fudge

Collagen Chocolate Fudge

Our four-ingredient mouth watering Collagen Chocolate Fudge recipe is packed rich with collagen and antioxidants giving your skin all the loving benefit it needs from within. Containing over 18 essential and non-essential amino acids to support our collagen production, elastin, and rehydrate cells within the skin.

So, what exactly are collagen peptides, and how do they work to give you dewy, plump, hydrated skin and strong healthy hair and nails?

As we age, our bodies produce less and less collagen naturally, leading to tired, sagging, lifeless skin. Collagen synthesis, production and absorption is a key strategy in keeping your skin, hair, nails, bones and gut health in check, which can be accelerated with a bioactive collagen supplementation using Miracle Collagen to stimulate collagen production in the skin.

And that’s because, as you’ve heard us say time and time again, Collagen is The Building Blocks to Radiant Skin.

Optimising your natural collagen synthesis with our  Miracle Collagen is a proven way to boost your own collagen production in the skin.

Optimising your natural collagen synthesis with our Miracle Collagen is a proven way to boost your own collagen production in the skin.

But, don't just take our word for it - look at these incredible skin transformations from women in our community.

So, what exactly is collagen and why do you need it?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies - in fact, it accounts for around 80% of our skin content. It’s a key component of the skin’s structure, literally holding together our skin and keeping it firm and plump.

Collagen fibers in the skin provide the structure for elastin, which maintains skin elasticity, as well as magical hyaluronic acid which holds moisture in the skin.

From our early 20's, collagen production sadly slows. That’s when you start to see sagging, wrinkles and skin that’s lost its luster. Maybe you've noticed your skin's lost its sparkle and elasticity? Maybe your hair is brittle and breaking off easily, or even stopped growing?

Due to environmental pollutants, sun exposure and lack of antioxidants and key nutrients in our diets, collagen breaks down additionally the number and activity of skin fibroblasts that produce collagen decrease.

Which is why we start to see sagging, fine lines and a general lack of buoyancy in the skin. Our skin becomes dehydrated and thinner, with fine lines, wrinkles and deeper furrows start to appear. Which is why we really need to support the fibroblasts (skin cells) to produce collagen so that we have the glossy hair, firm skin and strong nails we really want.

Not only that, collagen may be a key to a healthy gut because the tissues that make up our gut wall can get damaged over time due to various factors leading to “leaky gut” and IBS symptoms and other digestive upsets.

This, in turn, can lead to bloating and other uncomfortable digestive issues. Scientific research shows that the right nutrition influences our skin’s elasticity, firmness, and moisture-binding capacity by contributing to optimum levels of well-organized collagen fibers.

And that is exactly why I have created Miracle Collagen - collagen for skin. It’s scientifically formulated to show that it plumps and firms the skin.

This recipe is sure to a crowd pleaser, not to mention refine sugar and guilt free.
