We packed our bags for Brisbane, set up at The Calile Hotel, and spent an evening doing what we love most: talking about skin. Real science, real formulations, real connections with our community.
Founder & CEO Felicity Evans and Dermal Therapist Madilyn Sonter led the night, and what started as a masterclass turned into a conversation. Beauty bubbles, collagen chocolate mousse, and a room full of people who wanted to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface of their skin, not just what's marketed to them about it.

The Science Behind Why Skin Ages
Our hosts opened with the five main causes of skin aging: collagen breakdown, photo damage, oxidative stress, inflammation, and glycation. Collagen makes up 75% of your skin's dry weight, it's the scaffolding that keeps everything firm and plump, so once it breaks down, sagging, dullness, and fine lines follow.
On menopause: women can lose up to 30% of their skin's collagen through that transition as oestrogen drops.
Molecular Weight Matters
The most requested topic of the night: what actually makes a collagen supplement work. Molecular weight matters. Standard bovine collagen is large and slow to absorb, marine collagen is smaller but still needs added Vitamin C. The Verisol® B peptides in our own Miracle Collagen are optimised down to 2kDa, small enough to enter the bloodstream intact rather than being broken down as fuel first.

The Range, Up Close
Guests worked their way through the full ritual, product by product. Melting Balm, a balm-to-milk cleanser that never strips the skin. Collagen Jelly, our peptide serum built on Hexapeptide-11 and three molecular weights of hyaluronic acid, signals the skin to make more of its own collagen.
Perfecting Powder, dosed fresh for full potency, unites 10% L-ascorbic acid with Carnosine to brighten, firm, and shield collagen from breakdown. Collagen Eyes brings two retinol alternatives and zero irritation to the eye area, and Collagen Protect, our age-defying oil, seals it all in with 20 organic actives and Antileukine 6, a sustainable Australian golden kelp that protects against UV and pollution damage.

That was only a taste of everything covered on the night, from deeper skin education to an interactive Q&A where guests put their burning questions straight to the experts.
Every guest left with a gift bag of our favourite brands and a little more clarity on what their skin actually needs. The kind of night we want to keep doing.

So tell us, where should we take the Masterclass next?
