We are back again with another Chocolatey Collagen infused treat, but this time packed with roasted hazelnuts & Maple syrup, YUM. Oozing with skin loving ingredients, this 5-step Hazelnut Praline Slice will have you drooling & your skin looking plump like never before. Who knew chocolate was the key to radiant skin!
Ingredients Base:
- 1 cup hazelnuts (roasted)
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 cup soft medjool dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cacao
- Pinch sea salt
Filling:
- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, soaked
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup IMBIBE Miracle Collagen
Directions:
*If you are roasting the hazelnuts, pre heat oven to 180C and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, checking closely so they don’t burn.*
BASE
STEP 01. Place all the ingredients for the base into a food processor and pulse until combined and sticks together with your fingers.
STEP 02. Line a brownie pan with baking paper, and transfer the base into the pan and press down with your fingers or back of a spoon in a flat even layer. Place in the freezer whilst you make the filling.
FILLING
STEP 03. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
STEP 04. Pour the filling on to the base and place back in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until set.
STEP 05. Drizzle over some melted chocolate, and some extra toasted hazelnuts.
