BEAUTY PANTRY: Collagen Chia Parfait Pot

BEAUTY PANTRY: Collagen Chia Parfait Pot

I’ve always believed that beauty begins long before we see it in the mirror. It’s built in the quiet moments. In how we start the day, how we nourish our bodies, how we choose consistency over extremes.

This is a new space where I share the recipes I have on high rotation at home. The recipes that support skin, gut and energy in a way that feels grounding and easy.

No intensity here.  No complicated recipe steps.  No random ingredients you will never actually use.

Think of this as a warm welcome into my kitchen - take a seat, pour yourself a Beauty Renewal, and let’s make some delicious recipes from The Beauty Pantry.

This is one of those. A collagen chia parfait pot that’s rich in texture, easy to make, and full of skin and gut nourishment. Think of it as breakfast that doubles as your internal skincare.

A Ritual That Sticks

I’ve been making this chia pot for years. It’s one of those recipes that just works. Easy to throw together, no fancy steps, and I always feel good after I eat it. My daughters love it too, which makes mornings simpler. I’ll often make a big batch the night before and know we’re all starting the day with something genuinely nourishing.

It’s creamy, lightly sweet, and packed with ingredients that do far more than fill a bowl. Chia seeds provide fibre and slow-release energy, keeping digestion steady and the body balanced. The coconut milk makes it lush, while bringing in those healthy fats that are essential for skin and hormone support.

But what takes this beyond a simple breakfast are the two essentials I never skip: Miracle Collagen and Beauty Renewal.

Miracle Collagen supports the skin on a cellular level. It’s tasteless, so it blends right in, and it’s designed to stimulate the body’s own collagen production. Personally, it’s helped me maintain skin firmness, deep hydration and that natural, healthy glow I’m always chasing.

Beauty Renewal is our probiotic concentrate that keeps the gut in balance. It’s fermented in coconut water and has the most beautiful berry-like flavour: delicate and refreshing. It’s designed to support digestion, skin clarity and overall hydration, which is why it’s a non-negotiable in my routine.

The Ingredients

Base

  • 2 tablespoons Miracle Collagen
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 can (400ml) organic coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 2 tablespoons Beauty Renewal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Layer

  • Frozen raspberries
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Edible flowers (You can usually find these at your local grocer)

Method

Start by whisking your coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla and rose water in a mixing bowl until smooth and evenly combined.

Next, add in the heroes: Miracle Collagen and Beauty Renewal. These are the power duo I rely on every day. The collagen supports dermal density, plumpness and repair, while the probiotic concentrate helps restore gut microbiome balance and hydration from within.

Whisk again until everything is well incorporated, then pour the mixture into your favourite jar or glass. Refrigerate overnight. By morning, the chia will have set into a thick, creamy pudding: the perfect base for building layers.

Now the creative part. Start with frozen raspberries for their tart, antioxidant-rich bite, then add a spoonful of coconut yoghurt for creaminess. Layer again with berries, and finish with toasted coconut flakes and edible flowers. You can play with whatever you have on hand. That’s the beauty of it.

You don’t need a hundred steps. Just a few habits that actually stick. This is one of those. Simple to make, easy to repeat, and it works. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I do.
