BEAUTY PANTRY: Sour Cherry Jellies, Packed with Plumping Perfection

BEAUTY PANTRY: Sour Cherry Jellies, Packed with Plumping Perfection

I always come back to recipes that feel intentional. Ones that are simple to make, beautiful to serve, and genuinely supportive of the body. These Sour Cherry Jellies are just that. Light, skin-loving, and something I like to keep chilled in the fridge for an easy, nutrient-rich treat any time of year.

They’re a little nostalgic, a little grown-up, and full of ingredients that quietly do the work. No over-complication here. Just a simple jelly that feels good to eat and works quietly in the background.

The Functional Side

This recipe is built around tart cherry juice, which is high in antioxidants and supports everything from sleep to skin recovery. It has a deep, slightly sour flavour that’s balanced by a gentle hint of rose water.

To give the jelly its structure, we use organic gelatin. It’s simple, functional, and brings in amino acids that help support the skin from within. Then come the two staples I use every day: Miracle Collagen and Beauty Renewal.

Both Beauty Renewal and Miracle Collagen are at the core of this recipe—and my daily routine. They're what take a simple jelly and turn it into something that supports skin, gut, and overall wellbeing from within.

Beauty Renewal is a probiotic concentrate designed to support the gut microbiome. It works to balance digestion, improve skin clarity, and promote deep hydration. When the gut is supported, the skin reflects that—and this is one of the easiest ways to make it part of your everyday.

Miracle Collagen is formulated to target the skin on a cellular level. It works beneath the surface to stimulate collagen production and support dermal structure, firmness, and hydration. It’s completely tasteless, which makes it easy to build into recipes like this one and stick with it consistently.

The Ingredients

Base

  • 1 litre tart cherry juice
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 4 tablespoons organic gelatin
  • ¼ cup Miracle Collagen
  • 4 tablespoons Beauty Renewal

Cream Topping

  • 4 tablespoons Miracle Collagen
  • Full-fat double cream, for whipping
  • Fresh blackberries

Method

Start by pouring the cherry juice and rose water into a saucepan and set it aside. In a separate bowl, combine your gelatin with a small amount of hot water and let it bloom. This usually takes around 5 to 10 minutes. It should thicken and become smooth. That’s when it’s ready.

Place the saucepan over a gentle heat. Once warm, add in the bloomed gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved and the mix is smooth.

Remove from the heat and let it cool for 10 to 20 minutes. Then stir in the Miracle Collagen and Beauty Renewal. These are the skin and gut essentials that give the jelly its real function.

Once everything is combined, pour the mixture into jelly moulds or small glasses. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight if you want the best texture.

The next day, whip your double cream with Miracle Collagen until soft peaks form. Spoon a little on top of each jelly and finish with a blackberry, or leave them plain if you prefer. They hold their own either way.

Why This One Stays in Rotation

I like recipes that don’t ask much but give a lot in return. This one fits easily into the week, supports the skin and gut, and tastes good without trying too hard.

That’s the kind of care I’m interested in right now. Low effort, steady benefits, and something I actually enjoy coming back to.
