1. BEAUTY SMOOTHIE

Healthy fats, fibre, amino acids and probiotics to start the day! Delicious, nutritious and super easy.

Ingredients: 

½ Frozen banana

¼ cup Frozen raspberries

1 tsp Miracle Collagen

1 Tbsp Beauty Renewal 

1 cup coconut milk

1 handful of fresh spinach 

Handful of ice 

Method:

Blend on high until smooth and serve! 

 

2. BEAUTY BLUE MOON LATTE

This Latte is full of critical amino acids, collagen and gut loving spirulina, also thought of as plant blood. Rich in minerals, vitamins and crucial antioxidants, this gentle latte is the perfect replacement for your morning coffee. I love adding super-powders to my milk for that extra nourishment.  Here Collagen pairs with Blue Spirulina for delicious and nutritious milk.

Ingredients: 

1 cup coconut milk

¼ tsp Blue Spirulina

1 tsp honey

1 scoop Miracle Collagen

Method:

Add coconut milk to a small saucepan to gently warm. Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!

 

3. CHIA SEED PUDDING

This quick, on-the-go breakfast or snack is super nourishing for the gut and is packed with essential fatty acids from the chia seeds multi-strain probiotics to support the microbiome.

Ingredients: 

2 tablespoon Beauty Renewal

1 litre coconut milk 

8 teaspoons Miracle Collagen 

¼ cup white chia seeds

Method: 

Add all ingredients to a jar, seal the lid and shake vigorously to combine. Let sit in the fridge for up to 20 mins while the chia seeds expand, then top with berries, honey and shaved coconut flakes before serving!
