The month of May has been one of the busiest I think I’ve ever experienced, with multiple interstate trips, a huge queue of products in development and multiple consumer trials happening across the world with our new products.
Oh, and three children and a dog. Phew.
Times like this I need to anchor into my own Rituals for Wellness. Here is what I’ve been doing this month.
01. FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE
I’m focusing on the positive, even if and when things go wrong. Instead of putting myself down for things I’ve forgotten/missed/messed up, I try to tell myself a good thing I’ve done. It’s about being a little bit kinder.

02. SWEAT
It’s absolutely no surprise that exercise does wonders for our wellness, mental health and stress management. When the mental load is intense and things get overwhelming, getting some sweat moving, especially in Winter, is a must.
03. HYDRATION
That brain fog, feeling of overwhelm, distractedness. Could just be that you really really need a big drink of water. I’m aiming at getting 2 litres a day. Beauty Renewal absolutely makes this delicious and achievable.
