We see absolutely no reason that cacao-indulging, chocolate-loving-goodness should be confined to Easter/Christmas/Valentines Day; wouldn’t you agree?
And because we’re all about balance (and equally decadence) we’ve brought in the lovely Holly from @growthegrin to teach us her ways with this healthy-inspired, good-fats-filled, cacao-honouring, Miracle Collagen treat!
Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate (80% and above)½ cup + 2 tbsp coconut cream (full flat)
6 tsp Miracle Collagen
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Heat the coconut cream in a saucepan over low heat until simmering. Dice or grate the chocolate to fine consistency, then turn the coconut cream off the heat and add the chocolate. Pop the lid on the pot and let sit for 10 minutes. Gently stir the chocolate, until smooth. Add in the collagen, sweetener and vanilla if using. Place the chocolate in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.Et Voila!
